It is located in The Forest and is 2 minutes to the harbor, 2 minutes to the grocery store, and 5 minutes to the beach, all by golf cart.

The house has 3 bedrooms plus a queen sofa fold-out along with 2 living areas that are great for kids or just to sit and read. It also has a screened-in porch, hardwood floors throughout the house, an open floor plan, TV, VCR/DVD, and Play Station.

The new golf cart is equiped with a highspeed motor.

Temporary memberships are available to the Bald Head Island Club. Membership to the club gives you access to the golf course, croquet greenswards, tennis courts, swimming pool, fitness center, volleyball, children's play area, dining room and lounge.

Temporary memberships are available for the Shoals Club. The Shoals Club has a pool, hot tub, children's pool, wooden boardwalk to the public access on East Beach, offers towel service at the pool, and chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The 10,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse has a dining room, fitness room, locker rooms, and wraparound porches from where you can watch the sun rise and set over the ocean.
